There are a lot of blessings in Judaism. Did you know that there are blessings we say not only before we eat food,
but also before we smell fragrant herbs, flowers, trees, fruits, or spices? The most famous of the fragrance blessings
is said during the Havdalah ceremony, which marks the separation between the holy time of Shabbat, and the
regular time of the week. In that ceremony, we say: Baruch Attah Adonai Eloheinu Melech HaOlam, Borei Minei
